1. Termination (Ended by Employer)

2. Resignation (Ended by Employee)
- EOSB based on Article 85 percentages (0-100% depending on length of service)
- No Article 77 compensation
- Article 75 notice required (otherwise one month is deducted)
3. Mutual Agreement (Both Parties Agree)
- Must be in writing and freely given
- EOSB and settlement are determined by agreement
