📌 What does Article 75 say?
Anyone wishing to terminate an indefinite contract must give the other party 60 days written notice (for monthly-paid workers) or 30 days in other cases. If either party fails to comply with the notice period, they must pay financial compensation for that duration.
✅ Who benefits?
- 🔵 If the employer terminates you without notice: You are entitled to 2 months (60 days) salary
- 🟡 If you resign without notice: The employer may deduct 1 month from your entitlements
❌ When does it not apply?
Notice pay does not apply to fixed-term contracts at their natural expiry, nor in proven Article 80 cases.
