🕋 Hajj Leave — Article 114
Every Muslim worker is entitled to paid leave to perform Hajj:
- 📅 Duration: Not less than 10 days and not more than 15 days (including the Eid Al-Adha holiday)
- 🔄 Frequency: Once only throughout the period of service with the same employer
- 📋 Requirement: At least 2 consecutive years with the current employer
- ✅ For Expats: Applies to non-Saudi Muslim workers too
💡 Additional Rules
- The leave is not deducted from annual leave balance
- Does not affect the calculation of End of Service Benefits (EOSB)
- The employer has the right to determine the number of workers granted leave annually based on business needs
📜 Article 114 — Labor Law: A Muslim worker is entitled to paid Hajj leave of 10-15 days once, provided they have completed 2 consecutive years of service with the employer.
