📜 Article 117 — Labor Law: Sick leave of 120 days: 30 days at full pay, 60 days at three-quarters pay, 30 days without pay.
💡 Intermittent sick leave days taken throughout the year are counted together. For example, 20 days in January and 15 days in April = 35 days used out of the 120-day balance.
