📅 Annual Leave Schedule — Article 109
- 🕐 Under 5 years of service: 21 days per year with full pay in advance
- 🕔 5 years or more: 30 days per year with full pay in advance
📋 Important Leave Rules
- Pay must be given in advance before the leave starts
- The employee must be notified of their leave date at least 30 days in advance
- The employee may not work for another employer during leave
- The employee cannot be deprived of their leave for more than 3 years
📜 Article 109 — Labor Law: Annual leave of 21 days increases to 30 days after 5 continuous years with the same employer.
💡 If you do not take your leave for years, this balance turns into cash at the end of service — it does not expire.
⚠️ If the employer pays leave allowance in cash instead of granting actual leave — this is a violation. Leave is a right that cannot be replaced with money during service.
