🔴 Clauses Automatically Void Under Article 7
Any clause in your contract that contradicts the Labor Law is automatically void even if you agreed to it:
- ❌ "Employee waives end-of-service benefits" → Void
- ❌ "Right to terminate the contract without notice at any time" → Void (for open-ended contracts)
- ❌ "Employee waives the right to take legal action" → Void
- ❌ "Employee is not entitled to annual leave during the first year" → Void
🟡 Clauses That Require Review
- ⚠️ Long non-compete clauses — courts often restrict them
- ⚠️ Excessive disciplinary fines
- ⚠️ Salary changes by "administrative decision"
📜 Article 7 — Labor Law: Any condition that involves waiving rights granted to the employee under this Law shall be deemed void.
