SANED insurance applies exclusively to Saudi national workers enrolled in social insurance — it does not cover expatriate workers. If you are not Saudi, this insurance does not apply to you, though it may apply to your Saudi family members if they work.
✅ Eligibility conditions
"A subscriber is entitled to compensation... if the following conditions are met: (a) Saudi nationality. (b) completing the qualifying period specified in Article 14. (c) not having been dismissed for a reason attributable to them. (d) having no income from work or private activity. (e) not having left work of their own free will. (f) being able to work. (g) not having reached the age of sixty."
"The system applies mandatorily to all Saudi workers... provided the worker's age at the start of the system's application to them is under fifty-nine. If a subscriber still on the job reaches sixty, their subscription to the system is suspended."
If you left work of your own will (resigned), or were dismissed for a reason attributable to you, you are not entitled to compensation. Eligibility is reserved for those who lost their job for a reason beyond their control.
💰 How much is paid monthly
