📚 Right to Exam Leave — Article 115
If the employer approves an employee's enrollment in an educational institution, they are entitled to:
- ✅ Fully paid leave to sit for exams of an unrepeated academic year
- 🟡 Unpaid leave to sit for exams of a repeated academic year
⚠️ Important Conditions
- The employer must be notified of the exam schedule well in advance
- If the employee does not attend the exam: they lose their leave pay and face disciplinary action
- Leave is granted only for the actual days of the exams
📜 Article 115 — Labor Law: If the employer approves enrollment in study, the employee is entitled to paid leave for exams of unrepeated years.
