- 💍 Marriage leave: 5 days with full pay
- 👶 Paternity leave (childbirth): 3 days with full pay for the father during the first week
- ⚫ Bereavement leave (immediate family): 5 days with full pay (father, mother, spouse, children)
📌 Notes
- These are not deducted from your annual leave balance
- Granted once per event (official marriage contract)
- Proof of the event is required (marriage contract, death certificate)
📜 Article 113 — Labor Law: Special paid leaves: 5 days for marriage, 5 days for bereavement, and 3 days for paternity leave.
💡 Employer refusal to grant these leaves is an explicit violation — file an immediate complaint on the Wadi platform.
