📅 Leave According to the Regulations

According to Article 12 of the Domestic Workers Regulation:

  • ✅ 30 paid days after completing every 2 years
  • ✅ Round-trip travel ticket to home country is paid by the employer
  • ✅ If the worker does not take the leave: they are entitled to cash compensation for it at the end of the contract

✈️ Travel Ticket

Whenever a domestic worker completes 2 years of service, they are entitled to a round-trip travel ticket paid by the employer to spend their full leave.

📜 Domestic Workers Regulation Art. 12 — Ministry of Human Resources: 30 days leave after 2 years of service with a travel ticket paid by the employer.
