📋 Steps in Order

  1. Calculate your dues — free on Sanad (3 minutes)
  2. Attempt direct settlement — send a written demand for your dues to your employer
  3. File a complaint on Wedy (Wadi) — free and takes up to 21 days (ودي.com.sa)
  4. If Wedy fails: The case is automatically referred to Najiz (Labor Court)

📄 Required Documents

  • Copy of the employment contract
  • Recent payslips (at least the last 3 months)
  • Termination letter or any relevant correspondence
  • Iqama (residence permit) or National ID

⏰ Time Limit

The complaint must be filed within 12 months from the date the employment relationship ended. After that, the judge may refuse to hear the case.

📜 Labor Office & Wadi Platform — Ministry of Human Resources: The time limit for claiming labor rights is 12 months from the end of the employment relationship.
