📜 Article 107 — Labor Law: The worker is paid for overtime hours an amount equal to their regular wage plus 50%.

💡 Maximum overtime: 3 hours daily except in emergency situations. Employers do not have the right to force you to work more.
⚠️ 2025 Update: Employer and employee can agree on compensatory leave instead of cash at a rate of 1.5 hours leave per overtime hour.
